2) Some highlights from the program
Special Sessions: This year, we will feature two special sessions.
Poster session & wine reception: On Day 1 (May 31, 5-6:30pm, location: TBA), we will be holding an in-person poster session and wine reception (with a cash bar). A graduate student professional development event also will be integrated to the poster session.
Banquet (Day 2, June 1, 6pm-, location:TBA): Considering CPS annual meeting attendees’ accommodation locations, we are looking to booking a restaurant that is located between York University Keele Campus and downtown Toronto. We will provide more details of the banquet as they become available.
To purchase a banquet ticket, please go to the Federation’s registration website. We encourage students to attend our annual banquet! There is a discount for a student attendee’s banquet ticket (Student banquet ticket: $50).
General Assembly: The hybrid General Assembly will take place on Day 3 (June 2) at 12:30 pm-1:30 pm ET. This event will feature our annual award presentation and voting on motions. Please plan on attending this important meeting to help us reach quorum. A package will be sent to members at least a week in advance of General Assembly.
3) Registration
Attendees (in-person and remote) of the 2023 CPS annual meeting are required to register for both the CPS annual meeting and Congress on the Federation’s registration website. There is an early-bird discount for those who register for Congress before March 31, 2023.
Please note that the “association fee” indicated on the Federation’s registration website refers to the registration fee for the 2023 CPS annual meeting, not the CPS membership fee. The CPS membership can be paid on the CPS website.
